  2. revolution which is currently ravaging our 
  3. established institutions. The reason that most 
  4. people are helpless in tackling such problems is 
  5. that they approach them via the figure  rather 
  6. than the ground .  These are gestalt terms which 
  7. refer to the interplay between components. Thus 
  8. the ground  is always hidden or submerged, and 
  9. yet it is the area of effects  and in all situations
